We are looking for a passionate and talented Dishwashers to join our team! We seek to hire Great People, so no experience is necessary for this opening!!
Our beautiful and state of the art kitchen showcases your talents and energy while on full display to our guests. Our brigade kitchen system will allow for you to learn and master multiple stations as you promote through our Kitchen Team from Dishwasher to Oyster to Pastry to Garde Manger to Fry to Grillade to ultimately, Sautee. To be the most successful in this role and with our company, you are passionate about cleanliness, organization, and creating exceptional dining experiences through good, quality food and environments prepared and maintained with care and hospitality. While previous experience is preferred, but not required, you are able to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities: 
  • Receive, maintain, clean, and sanitize plate ware, tableware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and other wares associated with the preparation and service of food and beverages in the restaurant.
  • Ensure proper functionality and working operation of machines, tools, and chemical dispenser associated with maintaining clean and sanitary wares.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
  • Ensure freshness of food, ingredients, and chemicals by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature as necessary.
  • Respond to the needs of teammates with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience as a restaurant team member preferred, but not required.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours.
Compensation: 
  • All Eudora’s employees are guaranteed a Living Wage in Hinds County of $16.57 per hour via a combination of tips and/or hourly employer rate.
